Hit Em With The Heya

Ready Check, posture check, hydration check. I was introduced to World of Warcraft one month before Wrath of the Lich King was released. A friend of mine used the recruit a friend promotion and we started the clock. One month to reach level cap. I made a Hunter and dinged 70 the day before Lich King came out. Ran Karazhan once and then hopped on the boat to Northrend.

I joined a guild with the friends who helped me level and continued to raid throughout the expansion with them. Eventually Cataclysm released and the friends who I played with slowly started to unsub. By the time Mists of Pandaria was being released I was going away to college and decided to unsub as well. It wasn’t until the release of Classic WoW that I started to play again. Having played DPS before, I wanted to try out healing and made a druid. From there, I raided through most of Classic WoW but a few of my friends in the guild were playing retail and getting ready for the new expansion at the time, Shadowlands. I gave Classic a break and swapped to Retail to see what's change.

With druid fresh in my head. I made and leveled one in retail; I was so back. Between the raids, mythic plus and the countless other things now available after a 10 year break. Hopped around in a couple of different guilds to get my feet wet. Found a mythic raiding guild and was able to achieve Cutting Edge in Sanctum of Domination and have continued to raid since then. Now if you're reading this you probably know by now all of the problems Shadowlands had. For what it’s worth, I had a lot of fun in the expansion and learned a lot. Fast forward to Dragonflight and I think I’m now familiar enough with the game to give some advice.
